Siding Replacement

How we do

Easy siding installation process

When it comes to siding installation, the process is fairly straightforward. We’ll work with you to choose the style and color of siding best for your home and have it shipped to your house a few days before the installation. We will then remove your current siding and wrap your home in a weather barrier prior to installing the new siding.

Why choose us

Variety of Siding types for your home

Global Home Builders installs a variety of siding types to make your home not only look better but protect it with the very best materials in the industry. No matter what kind of siding you’re looking for, we can help you find it.

1. Old Siding Removal

While your existing siding is being removed, our team will assess the wall beneath— looking for signs of water damage or rot.

2. Wall Preparation

The appearance and stability of your siding depend on the integrity of the wall beneath it. We will repair and assess any damages.

3. Insulation Installation

After the old siding has been removed, we will inspect the wall to ensure your home is properly insulated.

4. New Siding Installation

Lastly, we will install your new siding. If your siding requires paint, it will take a few days to apply after the installation.

Siding type options

Which type of siding is best for your home?

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl siding is the most popular option in the United States as it is virtually maintenance-free. The PVC resists water, mold, rot, and insects and comes in a variety of colors and shapes from traditional dutch lap to scalloped trim that has the appearance of historic wood.

Fiber Cement Siding

Fiber cement siding is constructed primarily of sand and concrete, which makes it fire, insect, and rot-resistant. Fiber cement siding is a long-lasting siding option making it an excellent choice for many homeowners.

Foam-Backed Siding

Foam-backed siding combines the easy maintenance and cleanup of vinyl with the thermal benefits of foam insulation. If you have pricey electric bills or specific rooms in your house that are cooler in the winter or warmer in the summer, foam-backed insulation may be the right choice for you.

Cedar Siding

Cedar siding is comprised of light, low-density softwood. Because of its open cell structure and density, this material is a terrific insulator and acoustic barrier. Although cedarwood has many natural advantages, homeowners usually choose it because of aesthetics.
